Refunds Policy

There are absolutely NO refunds or cancellations once your payments has been submitted. We will determine if an order has to be cancelled and refunded. In the event that an order has not been received, we will resend the product as soon as possible.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind.

If your order has been marked as delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local post office immediately.

We will not be re-sending any orders that read a "delivered" status.

If a refund does happen to be issued, the refund will be received immediately if customer pays through Pay Pal. If customer pays through a bank debit or credit card, the refund will take up to 3-5 business days depending on the bank. If customer pays through a non-bank debit or credit card, the refund can take up to 30 business days depending on the company the card is associated with.
