How long is processing?
Processing takes no more than 48 hours and that does not include any shipping time that you may have paid for. Your package shall be shipped as soon as your order has completed processing.
How long does shipping take?
When processing has cleared and your order has been shipped, it is estimated to take 1-7 business days through USPS. International is 7-21 business days. Once your package has been processed and shipped with a tracking number, we are no longer liable for your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged packages!
We are not responsible to any packages that may have been lost, stolen, or damaged! If your tracking has informed you that your package has been delivered to your address provided and you do not have your products in hand, please contact the United States Postal Service directly at (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. (THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!)
